The Bilingual Paralegal English/Spanish supports personal injury legal matters by assisting Legal Counsel with case management and client communications. This role requires strong bilingual skills to perform translation services and ensure clear communication with Spanish-speaking clients. The paralegal is responsible for handling various legal documents, coordinating schedules, and managing filings accurately and efficiently. No travel is required for this position.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research related to personal injury cases
• Prepare and organize legal documents and pleadings
• Manage case files and maintain organized records
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
• Provide translation services as needed
• Coordinate scheduling and appointments
• File legal documents with courts and agencies

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in paralegal work

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
