Nurse Navigator

Description


You're a nurse, a patient advocate, and an educator-and you excel at every one of them.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound and outbound patient support in a pharmaceutical environment. As a Nurse Navigator your duties will include but are not limited to: answering numerous inbound phone lines, multi-tasking, email communication, outbound follow-up calls with patients, trouble shooting and problem solving with clinical issues that may arise with patients. You will:

• Work with internal customer medical affairs, and Nurse Supervisor to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs
• Manage calls in a personal, systematic, and organized manner
• Conduct virtual training
• Responds to patient inquiries and provide education or information to help regarding training issues utilizing customer-approved materials
• Focus and provide exemplary customer service

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, RN or BSN
• 2+ years' experience in customer service field OR a combination of education and patient care experience in a chronic condition
• Experience with injectable therapies

Desired Requirements:

• Experience in chronic care such as autoimmune disease and short bowel syndrome

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $89,000-$94,000 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
