Parkway Veterinary Hospital is hiring an experienced veterinary technician. This full-time position offers a salary of $25 - $30+ per hour, depending on experience/skills, with a full-time schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week with predictable hours and regular lunch breaks.

What you'll do includes assisting veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and procedures, providing exceptional nursing care from patient admission through discharge, performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory sample collection, and diagnostics, administering medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed, monitoring anesthesia and assisting with surgical and dental procedures, obtaining diagnostic radiographs and maintaining accurate medical records, anticipating the needs of doctors and teammates to promote an efficient workflow, educating clients on medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions, and collaborating with the entire hospital team to deliver exceptional patient care.
