Senior IT Business Analyst

As a strategic leader in messaging pricing architecture, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will design and implement a dynamic pricing engine, manage complex pricing structures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a primarily remote role. Key Responsibilities: Architect the Strategic Messaging Pricing Engine by translating advanced business requirements into technical specifications Design solutions for multi-product and bundle architecture to support cross-selling and complex commercial constructs Act as a subject matter expert to align pricing architecture with commercial strategies and stakeholder needs Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in pricing architecture, solution design, or senior business systems analysis, preferably in SaaS or telecommunications Proven track record in designing and managing complex pricing or transaction engines Deep understanding of messaging product economics and pricing models Expertise in translating complex business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior business and technical stakeholders
