Program Supervisor – Lead a Team Close to Home | $23.35/hr + On-Demand Pay St. John / Airport Area, St. Louis, MO

If you've worked as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or team lead, you already know how to handle a tough shift, support a coworker, and keep things running. Work close to home in the St. John / airport area. The location is easy to reach from I-70 and I-170, so it's a short commute if you live in or near St. John, Overland, St. Ann, Woodson Terrace, Breckenridge Hills, Bel-Ridge, Normandy, Edmundson, Bridgeton, Hazelwood, Berkeley, or Maryland Heights.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Help hire, train, and schedule your team, so you build the crew you want to work with
• Keep the home running smoothly and make sure care quality stays high
• Pitch in when needed with meal prep, medication administration, and personal care
• Help the individuals we support get out and enjoy their community
• Lead by example with compassion, patience, and teamwork

What You Need

• A high school diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience instead
• Age 18+, a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A heart for people and the drive to lead by example
