A growing behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and oversee behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. This role is responsible for supporting clinical operations, mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based ABA services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.
• Conduct and oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Provide clinical training, guidance, and ongoing support to staff.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care.
• Support day-to-day clinical operations and perform additional leadership duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and clinical best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
