If you bring hands-on forklift experience, don't mind physical container offloading and palletizing, and are skilled with WMS scanning systems, this role offers steady daytime hours, strong pay, and weekly paychecks. What You Will Do Container Offloading & Palletizing: Manually unload inbound inventory from containers, transferring and stacking items securely onto wooden pallets. Order Selection & Sorting: Pick warehouse orders from designated racks and utilize conveyer lines to sort and stage outgoing shipments. WMS Scanning: Track, record, and log product movements using handheld Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns. Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor compliant with company safety standards. What You Need Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating industrial forklifts is required. PPE Required: Must have and wear steel-toed boots on site. System Familiarity: Practical experience using WMS handheld scanners or similar inventory systems. Physical Stamina: Capacity to lift, bend, stretch, and perform manual container unloading throughout the shift. Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, sharp work ethic, and reliable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366. Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
