Senior Helpers Parent Account
We’re looking for afriendly, organized, tech-savvyOfficeAssistantto join our Senior Helpers team! This is a fast-paced, people-focused role supporting our caregivers, clients, families, andofficeteam. What You'll Do Answer phones and provide warm, professional customer service. Use WellSky and Zingage to manage information and communicate with caregivers and clients. Support caregiver onboarding, paperwork, training, and new caregiver/client introduction visits . Help coordinate new client starts and prepare welcome materials. Assist with caregivercall-outs and coverage needsalongside the Scheduling team. Assist withincoming lead calls, gather information, and help ensure prospects receive timely follow-up. Maintain accurate electronic and physical client/caregiver files. Assist with compliance tracking, documentation, and other HR-related administrative tasks. Provide support to the HR, Scheduling, Recruiting, and Client Services teams. Jump in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly and our caregivers and clients supported. Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with on call rotation with support. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable multitasking Team Player Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems. Experience withWellSky, home care, healthcare, staffing, or scheduling is a plus. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
