Yourmission is to ensure every dish meets THE ONE GROUP’s exceptional standardswhile maintaining a clean, organized, and high-energy work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepareand execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision andefficiency Followrecipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintainconsistency Readand process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service Maintaincleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always Executeall menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detail Assistwith daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup Ensureall storage and production areas are properly organized and maintained Workcollaboratively with the BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service Followhealth department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchenenvironment Executetasks assigned by Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism and enthusiasm What We’re Looking For Previousexperience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in ahigh-volume restaurant Strongunderstanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations Abilityto work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellentknife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods Strongattention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Mustbe able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
