The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing past financial performance in order to predict future performance and to advise the company on its financial strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! Your Role: Analyze business and financial data.Create financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.Develop financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.Analyze industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.Evaluate variance analysis for all company functions.Assist with monthly forecast and annual budget.Provide and create special ad-hoc analysis as requested. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required1-3 years of professional experience as a financial analyst, accountant, or auditor; highly successful recent college graduates will be considered.Expert level ability to meet performance timelines.Must have excellent team player skills, legendary can-do attitude, and curious nature.Ability to use numbers to tell a story.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organizational skills and attention to detail is absolutely critical.Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Excellent working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets a must, ERP/EPM software knowledge a plus.Ability to work out of our Boca Raton, Florida location; hybrid work schedule.ModMed Benefits Highlight: At ModMed, we believe it's important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
