Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in application support.
• At least 1 year in an informal leadership capacity working with IT or operational teams.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, plus at least 6 years working in IT or operations; equivalent work experience may be accepted in place of the degree.

We are hiring for a flexible hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC, with the expectation that the selected candidate will report to the assigned office three days per week. This Systems Administrator IV, Laboratory Systems role sits within Care Delivery Applications Services, Laboratory and Integration Services, and focuses on enterprise laboratory applications supporting molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, biochemistry, and precision medicine. We partner with laboratory leadership, clinicians, vendors, and enterprise IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, highly available solutions that strengthen clinical operations, improve laboratory efficiency, support regulatory compliance, and enhance patient care. The role also supports strategic laboratory initiatives and enterprise growth through standardized, integrated laboratory technology solutions, including SoftGenomics and SCC laboratory systems, Epic Genomics integration, HL7 interface design and validation, application lifecycle management, and enterprise system administration with a focus on cytogenetics and molecular diagnostics, while applying CAP, CLIA, and laboratory regulatory standards.
