Recruiting Coordinator - Pre-Screening Springfield, MA | $20-$22/hr DOE | M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Onsite Seeking a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting team. This role will focus primarily on resume review, candidate pre-screening, and coordinating qualified candidates with hiring managers. Responsibilities
- Review 50+ resumes daily and identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct 5-10 pre-screening calls daily to assess experience, availability, and fit.
- Manage candidate information, notes, and status updates in UKG Recruiting.
- Forward qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain timely candidate follow-up and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with onboarding and general HR administrative support as needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish - Required
- 2+ years of recruiting, HR, staffing, or related experience preferred.
- Experience reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens.
- Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- UKG Recruiting/HRIS experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
