Job Title: Temporary Recruiter

Location: West Springfield, MA

Supports: 1 location

Schedule: Full-time, flexible start between 7:30-9:00 AM

Compensation: Salary, $21.00 hourly

What We're Looking For
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing a full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Work Environment & Schedule
• Onsite at West Springfield location
• Flexible start time between 7:30-9:00 AM
• Standard 40-hour workweek
