NOC CaregiverAt Mountain Park, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of memory care in Clackamas County, OR, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver at Mountain Park Memory Care Community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents who are experiencing Alzheimer's or another form of dementia.As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their social, spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. Our multifaceted approach focuses on fostering an independent lifestyle that is tailored to each resident's individual abilities.
