• Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology; medical license in KS recommended
• Experience: Preferred Neonatology experience; new fellowship graduates considered

What You'll Do

• Provide in-house neonatal care at a Level-III, 60-bed NICU
• Cover approximately 170 hours/month with rotating shifts
• Offer in-house call coverage with backup from home
• Manage a diverse caseload, supporting high-risk newborns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including residents and nurse practitioners
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
• Support hospital’s mission through compassionate, evidence-based care

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Kansas (or eligible)
• Board Certified or eligible in Neonatology
• Recent Neonatology fellowship graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic hospital environment
