Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist for a full-time travel assignment in Tyler, TX. The role involves performing a wide range of routine and advanced imaging procedures within a dynamic work environment. - Provide support to other imaging technologists
- Facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow
- Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
- Participate in QA and resolve image processing issues
- Conduct basic MRI screening of patients and employees
- Adhere to imaging competencies as outlined by management
- Promote staff development and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- Store completed exams correctly in PACS
- Report equipment malfunctions and perform follow-up
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology
- 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Basic computer experience required
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) certification from ARRT or ARMRIT required
- State Licensure required if in New Mexico
- MRT by MIRTP NMED
- BLS required (AHA only)
