Job Description The Demand Analyst is a member of the North America Demand Planning team that is responsible for developing a demand plan, participating in S&OP, and executing a multi-year demand plan to support the business objectives of Revenue, Cost, Cash, and Customer Experience. Responsibilities Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool, reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast results. Identify key global supply shortages across the business. Calculate total revenue risk tied to shortages and present bi-quarterly to executive partners. Create and implement processes to achieve best in class forecast accuracy. Identify practices that cause gyration to the supply base and systematically resolve. Collaborate with Supply Planning to achieve inventory targets. Drive alignment with Sales, Finance, Supply, Product and Engineering teams on demand plan over a two-year planning horizon. Preferred Skills Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of Oracle Demand Planning or other ERP software preferred. Experience with other software packages including Windows and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills. Interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, Management, or Supply Chain. 3+ years of experience working in a Demand Planning or Supply Planning environment. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. Compensation Target Base Salary Range: $65,900 - $100,000. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
