The Senior Customer Service Rep will process and monitor customer orders, manage relationships, coordinate freight solicitation, and negotiate market rates. Responsibilities: Monitor customer freight and proactively identify potential issues to improve efficiency. Recommend adjustments as freight volumes fluctuate. Use reports, dashboards, and technology to analyze service issues and trends to determine solutions. Collaborate with leaders, teams, and customers. Maintain and develop customer relationships. Skills and qualifications: Have a high school diploma or GED. 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
