Schedule Overview: We are hiring for a PCT to work 3-4 days/week (30-40 hours) on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Shifts range from 5 hrs - 15 hrs in length and are scheduled in advance. Our teammates work opening and closing shifts on a rotating basis with opening shifts beginning as early as 4:45pm, and closing shifts ending as late as 8:15pm.

Location: This PCT would be schedule on Mon/Wed/Fri at Bonneville dialysis in Ogden but may sometimes cover and volunteer to pick up shifts at nearby Mark Lindsay, Pleasant View, or Farmington Bay centers.

Support staff: At Bonneville you will work alongside 1 RN and 2 other PCTs.

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
