Schedule: 24-hour call coverage 7:00 AM-7:00 AM ER call coverage only Responsible for interventional and primary cardiology call during assignment 24/7 interventional cardiology coverage

Clinical Details & Responsibilities Patient Population: Adult cardiology patients

Daily Patient Volume: Approximately 12 patients per day

Clinical Responsibilities: Provide general and interventional cardiology consultation services, including: General cardiology consultations Interventional cardiology consultations Follow-up care as needed Transthoracic echocardiogram interpretation Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) Cardiac stress testing ECG interpretation Reading echocardiograms and ECGs from affiliated hospitals Responding to transfer service calls Responding to answering service calls

Procedures: Heart catheterization Coronary intervention Temporary pacing lead placement Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) Cardioversions

Support & Technology EMR Systems: Epic Meditech Merge MUSE

Support Staff: Three-person 24/7 call team Cardiac lab staffing:

Two labs Monday-Wednesday One lab Thursday-Friday

Requirements Must have active Utah Medical License Interventional Cardiology experience required Echocardiography skills required, including TEE
