Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a well-known credit union that invests in its people, supports professional growth, and remains deeply connected to the communities we serve.

The Escrow Officer is ** ****** responsible for managing escrow transactions from opening through closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

** Your specific duties will include: **

• Open, manage, fund, and close residential, commercial, refinance, and FSBO escrow transactions.
• Prepare, review, and process escrow instructions, settlement statements, deeds, and other closing documents.
• Ensure escrow files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents to facilitate timely closings.
• Review and execute closing documents and ensure all funding and closing conditions are satisfied.
• Resolve title, lien, and escrow-related issues that may affect closing.
• Prepare closing figures, disburse funds, and complete post-closing documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the transaction process.

** Required qualifications for the position include: **

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the escrow industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
• Strong knowledge of escrow and title practices, procedures, and documentation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

** Preferred qualifications for the position include: **

• Experience with commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with mobile home transactions.
• Experience with bulk transfer transactions.

** Pay Rate Range: ** $29.00 - $36.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
