As a key member of our practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients. Join us in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage
- Handle treatment planning and billing
- Assist with credit card processing and collections
- Maintain patient files and ensure HIPAA compliance
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Denticon software
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Experience with insurance claims and billing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
