Night Auditor

Big Horn Lodge is looking for a dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Moab.

This part-time overnight position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent guest service, and taking pride in accuracy and professionalism.

What You'll Do

As our Night Auditor, you'll help ensure smooth overnight operations while providing a welcoming and professional experience for our guests.

• Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight hours, including late check-ins and early check-outs
• Answer guest questions and address concerns with patience and professionalism
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate front desk records
• Follow company policies and hotel procedures
• Monitor the property and help maintain a safe and secure environment overnight
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Schedule

• Part-time: 2 days per week
• 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM
• Overnight shifts

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel, front desk, night audit, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling basic financial transactions and reports
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic

Hotel experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
