Pay: $12 – $14 per hour

We are seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team serving clients throughout Raleigh and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will provide supportive non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, including:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed
• Transportation to appointments or errands when required
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Maintaining professional communication with supervisors and families
• Following client care plans and agency policies

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• TB test or TB screening required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift and assist clients when necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete agency orientation and required training before providing care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiver or home care experience
• CNA certification (not required for companion caregivers)
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
