Experienced PCA/ CNA/ Caregiver needed in Raleigh, Cary and Garner

Overview Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring part time caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Raleigh, Cary & Garner. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and same-day pay options. Responsibilities * Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients * Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishwashing * Accompany clients to appointments and errands * Communicate and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor * Maintain clients' safety and well-being at all times * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Attend required training and meetings as specified by the company Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 1 year prior professional experience as a caregiver or PCA required * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical requirements of the job * Negative TB test * Pass criminal background, drug test and reference checks * Cell phone with texting and internet capabilities Benefits * $$$ same-day pay option * Flexible part-time scheduling * Paid training and orientation * Continuing education credits * 401(k) with matching * Paid time off and referral bonuses * Dental, vision, and life insurance Why Join Always Best Care?
