Your Responsibilities

• Conduct Full-Cycle Searches starting from intake all the way to close.
• Engage as a Client Partner , focusing on their unique hiring needs, challenges, and cultural aspects.
• Strategically Source candidates using our unique CRM/ATS along with your personal network and tools, including our proprietary communications platform.
• Utilize Our Platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organized workflows.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver sustainable value for clients while providing significant commissions for you.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership as we elevate our brand, along with yours.
