In this role, you will oversee full-cycle placements while fostering meaningful partnerships with clients. And with some of the highest commission structures in the field, your compensation will reflect the impact you make.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct Full-Cycle Searches from intake to successful placement.
- Serve as a Client Partner, thoroughly understanding their hiring objectives, challenges, and organizational culture.
- Strategically Source Candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS, complemented by your personal network and unique outreach tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to effectively manage candidates, organize outreach efforts, automate follow-up communications, and maintain structure.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting benefits for clients and a robust commission for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership initiatives as we enhance our brand — alongside yours.

- 2–3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or consultative sales environment

- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided on our platform)
