We are in search of seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Searches from intake to conclusion.
• Become a Client Partner, deeply understanding their hiring aspirations, challenges, and corporate culture.
• Adopt Strategic Sourcing methods using our exclusive CRM/ATS while leveraging your own network and communications tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to manage candidate relationships, oversee outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain your organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting value for clients and substantial commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership, enhancing both your reputation and ours.
