You’ll get to: New Product Development Focus: Leveraging cross-functional knowledge of New Product Development methodologies to effectively manage risks, coordinate project activities and make appropriate decisions. Creates and follows standardized guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans and maintains documentation as required by the new product development process. Leads projects whose level of innovation and technology are new to the business, are existing or proven and contains higher risk, complexity and capital spend. Maintains technical knowledge through continuous development by educational workshops and pursuing certifications. Develops and monitors program P&L and key drivers that affect overall program financial health ensuring programs meet established objectives (e.g. margins, costs, revenue) Applies technical knowledge and understanding to day-to-day decision making. Guides development of technical project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans Determines critical activities to execute program objectives. Supports cross-functional teams to work seamlessly across boundaries of company, culture, and geography for successful project execution.
