Human Resource/Business Office Manager (HR/BOM)

Our skilled nursing facilities mission is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients. As a Human Resource/Business Office Manager (HR/BOM) , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources and business office functions.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/BOM to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HR and business office, including recruitment and employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and payroll information

• Coordinate recruiting and hiring efforts, including creating job postings, screening applications, and conducting interviews

• Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, employee eligibility, and claims processing

• Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages and benefits

• Coordinate with management and staff to resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and FMLA

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track HR and business office metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and/or business office management within skilled nursing (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
