Restaurant Manager — Lancaster, PA

$55,000–$65,000/year

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a growing farm-to-table, upscale-casual restaurant concept in Lancaster, PA.

The concept focuses on seasonally changing menus, quality ingredients, strong hospitality, and an elevated but approachable guest experience . This is a great opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who enjoys developing teams and working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain strong service standards.
• Support and develop FOH and BOH team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support labor, food cost, inventory, and other operational controls.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Partner with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Help drive team accountability, consistency, and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
