Job Summary:

Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Englewood, Colorado. This seasonal travel position involves working a rotating schedule of days, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends and one additional weekday shift covering the third shift. The role requires providing high-quality patient care in a busy surgical setting within a 408-bed healthcare facility. The position is ideal for adaptable OR nurses with at least one year of current hospital acute care experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts from 07:00 to 17:00, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, current hospital acute care experience of at least 1 year, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, and Circulating and scrubbing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Meditech electronic medical record experience; experience with angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine procedures.
• Additional Information: The unit performs various surgical procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine surgeries. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and patient-focused care. The team includes experienced staff in a dynamic environment, with new equipment and technology enhancements.
