About the Position

Job Title: RN - OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience - BLS - ACLS Description: Travel RN position in the Operating Room. Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. Unit consists of a main Operating Room. Typical staffing includes 1 RN and 1 Tech on nights, with additional RN and Techs on-call. Patient ratios are estimated as 1:1 or 1:2, though these are not guaranteed. Familiarity with DaVinci Robotics is highly preferred. Experience with Meditech is also preferred. Typical procedures include vascular, hybrid, trauma, and neuro surgeries. Looking for self-motivated candidates with a positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. On-call hours are from 5 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with a required 30-minute response time. No overnight on-call is required.
