Solventum is seeking Production Operator candidates to join our Purification & Filtration team in Columbia MO!

Shift Options: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 3:30pm – 11:30pm) or 3rd shift (Sunday Night - Friday Morning; 11:30pm - 7:30am)

Starting Pay: $24.24/hour + Shift Differential (Pay Increase after 12 months to $25.58/hour)

The position is scheduled to transfer to a local subsidiary of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. However, the position is in a country where the transfer of employees to Thermo Fisher is delayed until a later date. By joining Solventum during this transitional period, you will be able to work alongside an energized and mission-driven team who is experiencing this transition along with you. Until the transfer is complete, you will be employed by Solventum, and your employment is subject to all applicable terms and conditions as outlined in our employment agreement and company policies.

• Observing all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Applying quality instructions & specifications
• Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met
• Loading/unloading material into & from equipment
• Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Post-high school education
• Basic computer knowledge

The starting rate of pay for this position is $24.24/hr, with the potential for future pay increases. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
