Job Overview

Seeking a full-time, board-certified OBGYN to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. The position is for physicians who enjoy hospital-based practice and are looking for a collaborative and empowering environment.

Work Hours & Schedule

• 24‑hour shifts
• No on‑call duties
• Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work‑life balance
• Physicians required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
• OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers scheduled and on‑site at all times
• First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
• Strong, reliable back‑up call system
• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
• Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success
