Vice President, Strategic Sourcing

responsible for setting and driving the enterprise sourcing strategy for Fidelity Investments in collaboration with our internal business partners leads end‑to‑end category management across a portfolio of spend drives measurable value creation and builds a high‑performing sourcing organization aligned to business priorities partners closely with executive stakeholders, finance, legal, risk, and business unit leaders ensures sourcing strategies enable growth, manage risk, and optimize total cost of ownership while maintaining strong vendor relationships, accountability and governance leads the development and execution of multi‑year category strategies aligned to business objectives, financial targets, and risk tolerance drives value creation through cost optimization, demand management, vendor innovation, and commercial excellence coordinates complex, high‑value sourcing initiatives including RFPs, negotiations, and vendor transitions Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 15+ years of demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or commensurate experience within a large, complex organization Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑scale category portfolios and managing significant spend Proven success building and leading large, distributed teams with multiple layers of leadership Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner at the C‑suite level Deep experience in strategic negotiations, contract management, and vendor relationship management Experience operating in regulated environments is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
