CT Tech DaysMUST BE COMPETENT ON SIEMENS and Cannon CT SCANNER IN A LEVEL 2 BUSY ED CT DEPT. Unit welcomes first time travelers1 year experience required. Certifications: ARRT CT*, ARRT R, BLS. Skills: 3D rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering), Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient*, Aspirations*, Biopsies*, Brain perfusion, Carotid, Cervical, Chest without and/or with contrast, Colorectal studies (rectal contrast)*, CT arthrography*, Drainage*, Emergency Department, Enterography study*, Head without and/or with contrast, Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography)*, ICU, Intravenous pyelogram*, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Level II Trauma Center, Lumbar, Management/lead experience*, Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Musculoskeletal trauma, Myelography*, PACS, Pediatric Acute Care*, Pediatric Outpatient*, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety, Radiation therapy planning*, Region of interest measurement (ROI), Siemens, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Starting Peripheral IV s, Thoracic, Toshiba, Trauma head, Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Vascular CTA.

Floating: Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, as needed based on facility needs. Travelers will receive brief orientation on the unit.
