We are seeking a hands‑on Refurbishment Associate to support the refurbishment of our consumer devices. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, can inspect and clean devices while following outlined procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a willingness to work with complex products, and a commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment and materials to ensure they meet company standards. Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, clean, and reassemble items. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts. Qualifications Strong eye for detail and willingness for hands‑on work and problem‑solving. Team player who communicates effectively and contributes to a positive work environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
