About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Compliance to ensure the organization's adherence to all contractual, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The successful candidate will serve as a thought leader in program compliance, develop and manage compliance systems that meet the standards of various funding and accreditation entities, and lead all program audits. This role involves establishing continuous performance and quality improvement efforts, overseeing the development of compliance work plans, and providing clear and accessible reports on internal audit findings. The Vice President of Compliance will also be responsible for managing corrective action plans, maintaining a library of policies, and providing training and technical assistance to staff on compliance issues. Applicants for the Vice President of Compliance position at the company should have a Master’s or graduate degree, with a Law degree being a plus, and 7-10 years' of experience in a related field. Staff management and project management experience are required, and a background in youth-serving and mission-driven organizations is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a systems thinker, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer skills is necessary, and the ability to relate to and have a passion for serving the population is essential. The role also demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to remain calm in high-risk situations.
