Rae Ann Suburban is seeking talented LPN's to join our team!! .
LPN Nurse Qualifications & Requirements:
Possess a current OH LPN License and be in good standing with the state of Ohio
LPN New Graduate Nurses Welcome!
Work one weekend a month, one summer holiday, and one winter holiday to maintain PRN status
LPN Nurse Duties, Responsibilities, and Day-to-Day Functions:
Responsible for providing total quality care to residents
Maintaining efficient verbal and written communication
Responsible for following facility policies and procedures
Coordinating care delivery with Physicians and Physician Extenders
Transcribing physician's phone, verbal, and fax orders. Completing documentation and preparing reports per facility, state, & federal regulations
Working to provide our residents and families with the greatest respect and dignity in an effort to enhance the quality of their lives
Supervising and coaching a team of Nurse Aides to ensure excellent care is provided to our residents
Provide assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care of rehabilitation and long-term care patients
Administer Medications
