Business Development Manager

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Business Development Manager based in Bridgeport, NJ covering the west.You’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating and negotiating new sales and marketing growth opportunities, and/or providing technical product expertise in the building services and construction sector.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as a Business Development Manager:Cold calling, account management, presentation development, closing deals.Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and ordersSelling equipment rental and services to our potential customersDeveloping and executing an annual territory sales planPartnering with the operations and logistics teams project execution and completementYou’ll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressorsYou are:5-10 years of direct business to business sales experienceAdvanced Knowledge of targeted territoryAdvanced Knowledge of Building services and construction Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Operations, Fleet, Logistics)Bachelor’s degree or relevant experienceHere’s what you’ll get:Work from home or in a local service center located in BridgeportBase Salary Range – 130-155K/yearQuarterly bonus structureMonthly car allowanceNo cost medical plan option availablePaid training programs and tuition reimbursementundefinedOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
