Maruwa America Corp. is seeking a Sales Business Development Executive to join our team in Santa Ana/El Segundo, California .

This is a full-time, on-site sales position focused on developing and expanding business with customers in the semiconductor, electronics, telecommunications, and aerospace industries across the United States.

The ideal candidate is a Japanese-speaking sales professional with experience developing B2B customer relationships in the US market.

This position will focus on business development, customer account management, identifying new opportunities, and supporting customers using quartz glass and electronic component products .

This is an opportunity to build business with leading technology and manufacturing companies while working in Southern California and supporting the growth of Maruwa America Corp.'s US operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with customers in the US.
• Build and maintain relationships with semiconductor, electronics, telecommunications, and aerospace customers.
• Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Introduce and support Maruwa's quartz glass and electronic component products.
• Work with customers, engineers, and internal teams throughout the sales and design-in process.
• Develop sales strategies and identify potential customers and applications.
• Conduct customer visits and business travel throughout the United States.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams in both Japanese and English.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the US technology and manufacturing markets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional sales or business development experience in the United States.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience working with semiconductor, electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, or related manufacturing customers is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
• Valid US driver's license.

Santa Ana/El Segundo, United States

This is a full-time, on-site position .

Compensation

$75,000–$110,000 per year , depending on qualifications and experience.
