Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates will design and perform experiments in order to develop new processes for the manufacture of new drug candidates.
- The candidate will be expected to subsequently undertake the manufacture of these drug processes at gram to kilo scale and support manufacture in pilot production as appropriate.
- An outstanding record of solving complex synthetic challenges combined with demonstrated hands-on ability to execute these processes at scale is required.
- This position requires a Ph.D. degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
- The candidate needs to demonstrate a high level of technical ability, scientific creativity, teamwork and independence.
- Good communication skills are essential.
