Community Health Navigator

Community Health Association Inland Southern Region

Community Health Association Inland Southern Region is seeking a Community Health Worker Floater to support multiple programs across San Bernardino and Riverside counties. The role covers leaves of absence, vacation, and attrition, with supervision by the Grants Manager – Programs and program managers.
