Job Summary

We are seeking a Bioprocess Manufacturing Technician – Production Services to join a highly regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support the production of life-saving medicines by preparing raw materials, assembling production kits, preparing solutions, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

The candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, chemical, cosmetics, or other regulated manufacturing environments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh and accurately dispense raw materials into designated containers.
• Perform aliquoting and material preparation according to established procedures.
• Kit materials and components required for manufacturing operations.
• Prepare small-scale solutions following detailed recipes and SOPs.
• Wash, clean, sterilize, and autoclave equipment parts and assemblies.
• Support preparation of equipment and materials for manufacturing activities.
• Perform environmental monitoring throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and cGMP guidelines.
• Complete accurate documentation and manufacturing records.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and computer systems as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Work effectively with team members while also completing assigned tasks independently.
• Participate in required training, certifications, and annual requalification programs.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; scientific or technical education is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, laboratory, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Experience in a GMP/cGMP, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, chemical, or cosmetics environment is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written procedures.
• Comfortable working with computers and manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic and safety mindset.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs during the workday.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing required gowning and PPE.
• Must comply with cleanroom restrictions, including limitations on jewelry, makeup, and personal items.
• Must be available to work assigned manufacturing shifts and overtime as required.
