We are a multidisciplinary (Medical, Chiropractic, and Medical Spa) office seeking an enthusiastic front-office receptionist who possesses the ability to communicate effectively with both young and old. We would love to see someone with excellent phone management skills using a multi-line telephone system. The job requirements will also include faxing medical documents and scanning medical documents into patient records, assisting the doctor, billing and coding patient visits, and keeping the office neat and clean. The ability to schedule appointments is extremely important, as is copying all insurance cards and processing credit card payments. Knowledge of aesthetic medicine as well as rewards points such as Alle, Xeomin, and Asprie is helpful. Computer skills are also required to search for and obtain all necessary insurance information from various websites. The ability to multitask and work efficiently and independently is necessary as well. Bilingual is a plus but not required. You will also be trained in assisting the doctor in appropriate therapy for the patient as well as processing referrals for co-management of patient care. We look forward to meeting you in person.
