Property Management is a multifamily property management company built to deliver hands-on, owner-minded management across a growing portfolio of communities. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Property Manager to lead operations at Harmony and be part of a team that's setting the standard for how these properties are run.

Position Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Harmony, including leasing, resident relations, financial performance, and staff supervision. This role reports directly to the Head of Property Management and plays a key part in delivering on occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets company standards
• Drive leasing performance: manage traffic, conversions, renewals, and occupancy targets
• Prepare and manage the property's budget; monitor income and expenses against plan
• Supervise, train, and support on-site staff (leasing agents, maintenance team)
• Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquency, including the eviction process when necessary
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and identify maintenance needs
• Respond to resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and all applicable state/local regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, capital projects, and ongoing maintenance
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for ownership and the corporate team
• Maintain accurate resident and property records in the property management software

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, multifamily preferred
• Strong understanding of leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate an on-site team
• CAM or CPM certification a plus, not required
