Property Manager, MultifamilyMultifamily Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring high-level service. Multifamily Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. $75,000-$80,000 salary, eligible for benefits and additional earnings. Required on-site schedule MON-FRI plus occasional SAT.Essential Job Duties:Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards.Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover.Driving revenues with your thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs.Leading by example. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $ 68,000.00 - $80,000.00.
