Connect Legal Partners in Los Angeles is seeking a senior associate to work directly on M&A transactions, carrying real responsibility on each deal and running them end to end. Deal teams are lean, so you will be close to partners and clients in a high-exposure role. California bar is preferred; 4–8 years of direct M&A experience, JD class of 2017–2019 with a strong GPA, and no more than 3 moves in your career are expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Legal Partners
