General Laborer (Temporary)

Location: Wilmington, NC
Pay: $15–$25/hour
Job Type: Temporary

This position involves a wide range of physical tasks assisting skilled trades workers and helping maintain efficient and safe work environments.

Pay fluctuates depending on project 

Responsibilities

• Assist trades workers with daily job site tasks
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Prepare and organize work areas
• Clean and maintain job sites
• Perform basic construction and labor duties
• Polish and finish surfaces such as concrete, marble, or wood flooring
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
